Harmony & Leon Varley
THE DIRECTORS
Harmony Varley is the founder of Progressive Plans. As a building and interior designer, Harmony prized designing beautifully elegant, liveable and sustainable homes for her clients.
Together with her husband Leon Varley, who has over 18 years of building industry experience, the two share duties as Co-Managing Directors of the agency.
Harmony and Leon have renovated homes together and love the process of maximising a home’s potential through creative and intelligent design so that every client can enjoy the most out of their home, from entertaining to everyday living.

Today, they have successfully built and developed Progressive Plans into an efficient, reliable and dependable building design agency. Also together, they are looking forward to many more beautiful and functional homes for their clients to come!
